Midwife Lipsy is at it again. Last we checked in with her, she had taught a Helping Mothers Survive WHO (World Health Organization) course. This time, she is teaching the WHO course - Helping Babies to Breathe. This life-saving initiative is designed to equip participants to respond quickly to newborns struggling with their first breaths.
