With the help of our supporters and friends, construction on the Children’s Library began in 2021. The goal is to bring books to the children of Uganda. Think back to your favorite children’s book – the colors, the story, the pictures, and words showing magical places and bringing your imagination to life. Books will open the world to the children of Uganda.
LUU is working on building a Library to provide a structure to store books and create a place for children to come together. We hope you can join us in meeting our goal.
In addition, we plan to send books to Uganda. You can select and send books to LUU through our Amazon Wish List. If you don’t see your favorite book, you can add it to your cart and change the shipping location to LUU before completing your purchase.
We know learning to read can be a challenge. The comments are open below to add words of encouragement or stories of your favorite books for the children.
