
As always, we stopped into the St. Nektarios Health Center to see how things were going. It wouldn’t be a special trip without the welcoming of a new baby girl. Sue and Nurse Midwife Rose with new baby girl.

Nurse Midwife Eunice was able to stop in and visit the St. Nektarios Health Center. She was the first nurse at the Health Center when it opened in 2014.
Sue was able to meet with the engineers on the new drainable latrine at the St. Nektarios Health Center. Over 12,000 bricks were made for this project, using a lot of the soil that was removed to make way for the septic tank. Engineers Without Borders sent five workers and hired five local workers to make these bricks.
